Hey All!!  

 

We sell food and mostly custom products. 

 

We do have samples of dog food for purchase to see if your picky eater will eat the food - but because we believe in maintaining the highest standards in food safety - if you open a bag of food or a tube of treats - and they don't work out for you - we are sorry but we cannot take them back - give them to a friend who has a less picky eater or donate to your local humane society!

If you have a defect or something wrong with a bag of food or treats, or toy or gear let us know! 

 

If it is food or treats - within a couple days of your purchase and you want to exchange unopened bags bring it back to us.

If it is a toy or custom item - same thing - let us know as soon as possible and plan to get it back into our hands so we can determine a path forward!
